There’s lots of enthusiasm and energy in this varied aero/tone interval video. Like Jeanette Jen*kins, you’ll be smiling and laughing as you burn calories and reshape your body (the moves are effective and well-cued, but this feels more like a “get-together with the girls” than a hardcore workout). The toning segments feature a huge variety of exercise techniques — from classic body-sculpting and Pilates to yoga and ballet. The cardio sections are low-key and very easy to follow. Ends with ab-focused floorwork.
